What's the problem?
The image below shows
what you might see if your Internet Explorer browser is blocking
Javascripts from running on your PC as a security precaution. The
yellow bar at the top of the browser window indicates the reason
why content has been blocked.
You can either ignore
the alert - in which case the content is still blocked, or click
the alert which provides you with an option to "Allow Blocked
Content..." or display information on "What's the risk".
The third option ("Information Bar Help") allows you to
browse the help file for further information.

This website makes
use of Javascripts for its menu driven navigation, displaying the
current date/time, allowing you to send enquiries from the contact
us page and loading images in specifically sized windows.
